I qualified from the University of the West of England in 1997 with a degree in Physiotherapy. I work mostly within the NHS but I have also worked for the Army, Royal Navy and Royal Marines.  I have a lot of experience in musculoskeletal pain and injury but recently I have been involved in elderly care and stroke rehabilitation.

Currently I spend one day a week seeing private clients in their homes and nursing homes and have seen some very good results in terms of regaining walking.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and I am registered as a physiotherapist with the Health Professionals Council.

I live in Alphington, Exeter. Before studying physiotherapy I was an officer in the Royal Navy.

I am keen on maintaining physical fitness so I exercise with squash, triathlon and distance running. I have experienced a fair share of sports injuries and I feel this gives me insight into other peoples' injuries.
